Florida (October 4, 2012) A deputy was hit by a car in an accident on I-95 in Palm Beach County. The accident occurred shortly after 5:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Interstate 95 near Exit 63 -6th Avenue South- according to Sheriff Officials.
Joseph Bialczak, a Broward County Sheriff deputy ,was traveling to work when he pulled over to assist a motorist at a crash scene. Bialczak was out of his car when he was struck by a car.
He was arilifted to Delray Medical Center.
The accident is under investigation.
