I first wish to offer my deepest sympathies to the family and friends of Ms. Goss. However, the FHP is still conducting an investigation and blame cannot be placed on anyone at this point. The other woman involved in this wreck is a friend of mine and believe me, she is suffering however, her recount is different. There was not alcohol involved (tested and ruled out) this was a tragedy. A child has lost her mother and a family their daughter and many friends. Before you judge the other person, you should get facts first. Amanda, I and the other driver are truly sorry for your loss, no child should lose their mom so early in life.

she was still on her cell phone which is agains the law…i personally wish i could say everything i am feeling right now, but my mother taught me better than that. She WAS at fault for the accident, she swerved into MY MOTHER’S LANE AND KILLED HER. She still has her life. Please don’t post on here. I really don’t want to read a word that you or pasty have to say. She has forever ruined my life, as well as my siblings. I hope she knows that. I PRAY SHE KNOWS THAT. Whether there was alcohol involved or not, she drifted into their lane and caused this tragedy. She deserves everything she feels right now. Period, the END.

Homicide is homicide. your apology doesn’t bring her back. the audacity of some people is mind-blowing. I don’t want anything from your friend. She killed my mother, my best friend. Patsy’s recount of the accident is irrelevant to me because the outcome will remain the same. I’d be glad for my mother and your friend to switch places. I’ll leave it at that. Your “apology” has upset the whole family, so again, as I said before, keep your comments to yourself. Thanks Debbie.

My husband & his sister were the first people to stop on the scene, aside from a tow truck guy who was very helpful, they were on the way home from work. It was very tragic & something my husband will never forget! My prayers have been with this family. Very sorry for your loss! My husband was looking for “Tasha” the dog i believe was the name. We have wondered if she was ever found. Amanda i know what it is like to need closure & i or my husband could share with you what he had witnessed if that will help. At a time like that you slip in to immediate shock & im sure it is very blurry to everyone involved. My heart truly goes out to your family :(
