The Story that was given from the state trooper In Delaweare County PA about my brother Angel L Mendez is all wrong. My brother had a car accident on I95 Southbound in Chester PA at 3:30 The morning of July 29, 2012.The state Trooper told the News that my brother for some unknown reason lost control of the car hit a guard rail on the right cross three lanes of traffic and then side sweept a tractor trailer “THATS NOT TRUE” My brother did lost control of the car. Hit a guard rail on the right from that impact the car cross three lanes of traffic to his left, hit the concrete barrel that’s when the Tractor Trail struck him on the passenger side and KILLED him. I’m upset that their making it sound like This Person Driving the Tractor Trailer had no fault at all. I don’t understand how they put my brother name on the news but not the Driver of this Tractor Trailer who struck him.
