Hit-and-Run fatality on I-95 in South Carolina

South Carolina (July 17, 2012)  A pedestrian  was killed in a hit-and-run accident on I-95 in Clarendon County.  The accident occurred shortly after 3:30 a.m.Tuesday morning near mm 121 in the lane next to the jersey wall according to South Carolina Highway Patrol.

George Albert Ross Jr., a 45-year-old man from Manning, was facing north on Interstate 95 when he was hit by a vehicle.  Ross died at the scene.

Police are looking for a wine colored 1997-2004 Ford F-150 Truck or a 1997-2002 Ford Expedition with a honeycomb grill.
