Man Killed in Rollover Accident

New Jersey (July 21, 2011)  According to the New Jersey State Police a Colombian man was killed when his vehicle struck a concrete barrier and overturned on the New Jersey Turnpike/ I-95 near Exit 4.  The driver, Ivan Olando-Henao, was traveling south in a rented Jeep Grand Cherokee with his wife and three young children around 5:40 p.m. when he struck the left median.  The impact caused the vehicle to flip, coming to rest on its roof.  Ivan Olando-Henao and his 11 year old daughter were airlifted to Cooper University Hospital.  Ivan Olando-Henao was pronounced dead, his daughter sustained multiple broken bones.  His wife and two other children were transported by ambulance to the Hospital.  The New Jersey State Police said everyone was wearing seat belts at the time of the accident.  The New Jersey Turnpike/ I-95 was shut down for a brief period of time in both direction for the helicopters.  Traffic remained backed in the area while the New Jersey State Police completed its investigation.
