Motorcycle Crashes into Deer on I-95

Maryland (October 21, 2011)  A motorcyclist was injured on I-95 when he struck a deer.  According to the Maryland State Police the crash occurred around 5:15 a.m. at the on-ramp to I-95 in Harford County. The rider was on a Harley Davidson motorcycle getting onto I-95 from Route 24 when he crashed into a deer.

The driver sustained serious injuries and was flown to Shock Trauma.  The driver suffered several broken bones and is listed in stable condition.

The ramp to I-95 was closed for the helicopter to land.
