Motorist killed in Boxford crash

Massachusetts (August 10, 2011)  According to the Massachusetts State Police, Tuc Phan, 67, was killed in a one car crash on I-95 north near Exit 52- Topsfield Road in Boxford.

Police state for some unknown reason, Phan was driving his 1999 Kia Sephia south, in the northbound lanes of Interstate 95 around 9:45 p.m. when his vehicle left the interstate and went into the woods.  Phan may have suffered a medical condition prior to the accident

Tuc Phan was transported to Beverly Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

All lanes of Interstate 95 were reopened around 11 p.m.  Massachusetts State Police are investigating the cause of the fatal accident.
