Three Injured in Multiple Vehicle Accident on I-95

Massachusetts (December 8, 2011)   A four vehicle accident on I-95 in Attleboro results in several injuries.  The Massachusetts State Police say the crash happen at 1:25 a.m. on I-95 north near Exit 2B.

Troopers are trying to piece together the exact sequence of events that lead to the wreck.  The four vehicles involved in the crash are a 2004 Chrysler sedan, a 1999 Ford sport utility vehicle, a 2005 Dodge pickup truck, and a 2003 Oldsmobile sedan which all appeared to be traveling north on Interstate 95 when the collisions occurred.

State Police say the driver of the Chrysler, a 23 year-old man sustained serious injuries and was transported to Rhode Island Hospital in Providence.

The male drivers of the Ford and Oldsmobile were also injured and taken to Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro.

The Massachusetts State Police are still investigating the accident.
