Three motorcyclists injured on I-95 in Philadelphia

Pennsylvania (July 4, 2012)  Three motorcyclists were injured in an accident on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia.  The crash occurred around 4:15 p.m. in the northbound lanes of I-95 near exit 15, Island Avenue, according to police.

The bikers were part of a A Hero’s Welcome event and were traveling with a group of 40 motorcyclists, a police escort and Sergeant Michael Wexler and his family.  Wexler was returning home from a 10 month duty in Afghanistan.
