New Jersey (July 16, 2012) A tractor-trailer accident occurred on Interstate 95 in Mercer County. The crash happened shortly after 10:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes of I-95 near exit 7 (CR 526 – Washington, Allentown) according to New Jersey State Police.
The driver of a car-carrier misjudged the height of his rig and hit the overpass. As a result one of the SUV’s he was carrying had it’s roof sheared off. Clean up crews worked at the scene cleaning up glass and debris from the roadway.
Thankfully no injuries were reported.
