Tractor-trailer Erupts In Flames After Wreck

Connecticut (July 18, 2011)  A Tractor-trailer and car accident on I-95 south around 1a.m. between Exits 4 and 5 caused a slow start to the morning commute in Greenwich.  The collision caused a fuel tank on the Tractor-trailer to rupture and the rig burst into flames.  The fire force Authorities to shut down Interstate 95 down in both directions for two hours.  No details have been released regarding injuries.  All lanes were reopened by 6 a.m. but residual delays were experienced in the morning commute.
