Philadelphia, February 22, 2011 – Around 10 a.m., a box truck rear ended a passenger van near the Columbus Boulevard exit on I-95 in Philadelphia, PA. The van that was transporting seven mentally handicapped adults. 

All of the occupants in the van, including the driver were transported to Thomas Jefferson and Hahneman University hospitals. Early reports indicate that all of the van’s occupants of the van are in stable condition.

According to reports by 6ABC, police are investigating the box truck to see if there were any vehicle violations that may have caused the accident.
