Three people injured on NJ Turnpike

New Jersey (August 6, 2011)  According to the New Jersey State Police a two vehicle accident closed the outer lanes of I-95 / New Jersey Turnpike around 11 p.m. for almost four hours.  Julio Romero-Jimenez was traveling northbound in the outer lanes of I-95 / New Jersey Turnpike when the collision occurred with another vehicle.

Romero-Jimenez sustained serious injuries and was transported to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
Two occupants in the other vehicle, Robin Santiago and Michael Le, were also injured and sent to the hospital.

The New Jersey State Police are still investigating the cause of the accident and no other details are available at this time.
