Two Killed on I-95

Pennsylvania (October 30,2011)  Two people were killed in a single vehicle accident on I-95 South in Bucks County.  According to State Police a Mitsubishi Montero with four occupants lost control in the Southbound lanes due to black ice.

The vehicle went off the roadway on the right side, plowed through a guardrail and down an embankment onto the Pennsylvania Turnpike below. Two of the 4 occupants were killed, the other two were seriously injured. The Victims have not been identified.
Update:
Police have Identified the driver and passenger that were killed on I-95 early this morning.  The driver, Richard Nagbe, 25 and his passenger, Dehkontee Kpou, 23 were pronounced dead at the scene.  The two other passengers were Giftens George and Emmanuel Ninwillay, they were transported to St. Mary’s Medical Center.
