Woman Pushed Out of Moving Vehicle on I-95

Maryland (July 19,2011)  According to Maryland State Police shortly after 6:00 p.m. a man pushed his girlfriend out of a moving SUV traveling 60mph on Interstate 95.  The driver of the Ford Explorer, identified as Dante A. Williams, was traveling south on I-95 when he got into an argument with his girlfriend and struck her in the face.  The woman pleaded with Williams to pull over, so she could get out of the vehicle.  The woman unbuckled herself and tried opening the door of the moving vehicle when Williams shoved her out of the Ford Explorer at 60 mph.  A witness saw the woman bounce off of I-95 near the I-195 interchange.  The woman was transported to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center with serious injuries.  Maryland State Police are asking for the public’s help in finding 36 –year-old Dante A. Williams who have a warrant charging him with attempted first-degree murder. He is an African American male, 6”5” and weighs 200 pounds, and is believed to be armed and dangerous.

Update:  Authorities have announced the apprehension of Dante A. Williams this morning, thanks to a tip.
