Young Woman Airlifted After Serious Accident

New Jersey (July 19, 2011)  According to the New Jersey State Police a young woman was seriously injured in a one vehicle accident on the New Jersey Turnpike/ I-95 near Exit 8A.  The driver, Rachel Stofan, lost control of her vehicle and slammed into a concrete barrier in the southbound lanes New Jersey Turnpike/ I-95.  The New Jersey State Police and EMS from Monroe responded to the crash around 2:15 a.m. and Rachel Stofan was air lifted to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.  Two passengers in the vehicle were also injured and transported by ambulance to the Hospital.
